ABOUT ME

Hi. I'm Natanis, a Cree Artist and Photographer from Northern Saskatchewan Canada. I have been doing professional portraits for over 20 years with a focus on women's beauty, children's portraits and portrait studies. I relocated from my hometown in Northern Saskatchewan to Calgary Alberta in the fall of 2023.

In the fall of 2025 I am shifting my focus to Indigenous leadership in Canada, starting with Saskatchewan where I grew up and Alberta where I presently live. This is not just a portrait series, it is an art collective that will become an important part of our history because it will contain not only portraits, but also a written history of the leaders who are shaping today.
