Let’s face it. We live in the digital age, where everything is instant, gratification is fleeting and there are literally billions of people accessible, right at your fingertips. In 2025, Google searches alone averaged 11,250,000 every single day. And that's just google! It doesn't account for the dozens of other large search engines and numerous smaller ones too. There is more information available to us today, than there ever has been at any other point in history. All it takes is a cell phone and a phone plan and you're in.
So with this knowledge we can deduce that if you have a service, people are looking for it online. So this poses the question: Are they finding you? And if they do find you, what exactly do they see? Your brand creates an impression on every prospect who visits your website and views your social media. And if you don’t have an intentional representation of who you are . . . . . well that makes an impression too.
You didn’t get to your position without understanding something about perception and optics. After all, humans are visual creatures. We love to look at beautiful things. Our eyes enjoy symmetry and order. Our sight can bring us joy and what we lay our eyes on can even inspire us. Without vision we have difficulty achieving anything. So what is the vision you have for your business? And what if you don’t have a vision?
As a photographer and visual branding specialist with more than 21 years of experience, I’ve come to notice the details in images and graphics that many people don’t consciously register. Yet they’re still unknowingly influenced by them and by the impression that they make. This is a secret to success in business. It’s all in the details and your online presence is no exception. Anyone who has achieved any standard of excellence has reached those heights by paying attention to the details. And the details, they come in all forms and they set your business apart - for better or for worse.
So in a digital world, how do we navigate? Most of our clients begin their search for us online. Others receive referrals - but these referrals will also gravitate to your online presence to vet you. When people are looking for a professional, the first thing they want to feel is trust. They will judge you entirely by the images and graphics on your website and social media. And search engines? They do the same. Google search engines have become so intelligent that they increasingly prioritize reliability, accuracy, and user trust. They do this using one of the most influential frameworks that shapes how online content is evaluated using Googles “E-E-A-T” which is an acronym for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness. This is the framework used to guide the way your information is ranked online - especially for subjects that significantly impact the user’s lives, such as legal matters, health, finance, safety and civic rights.
So, what impression do you want to make? Updated, ORIGINAL, professional imagery and strong visuals elevate your authority, credibility, and search visibility. Did you know that search engines can tell the difference between a stock photos and an original one? Guess which one is considered more “credible” for your business?? I’ll give you a hint: it’s not the one appearing on a thousand other websites. They also know if you used AI generated material versus original content. Guess which is considered more “authoritative”? Original content wins hands down every time because it PROVES you have what it takes WITHOUT the help of AI - which by the way is always detectable to search engines. So when you produce content that is original it is always more impactful because it is considered verifiable and authoritative.
So all that to say, if you are looking to elevate your business and be on top of the digital wave instead of drowning in it, I have just the thing for you. I have built a true concierge experience for busy, high value business owners who want their brand built with care, precision, and vision, allowing them to focus on growing their companies while the details of their digital presence are handled for them.
